One Mile Telecoms is my current ISP for a few years now and in the beginning the service was fantastic. For the last six months however it was just one ongoing battle. You can't watch tv or do a video call it keeps on reconnecting. December they told me it is trees that needs to be trimmed and they will contact my landlord and come back to me. That was the last I heard from them and the service is just getting worse by the day. Please don't consider them as a ISP
My daughter bought a Defy fridge/freezer combination from Russells. The freezer door does not close properly. She reported it to Russells and the gave her a reference nr and said some one will contact her within 24 hours. Up to now nobody contacted her and I can't get hold of anybody to assist. So please be careful to buy from Russels as they have no after sale service.
One Mile Telecoms is my internet service provider for just over a year now and the longer I am with them the poorer the service is. For the last two weeks is my internet so bad that I can't even send emails and they just promise to fix it but nothing happens.
I have a Samsung microwave oven on rent to buy at Teljoy which is almost paid up. Three weeks ago the turn table stopped turning. Since the I have spoken to people, send emails, received sms with job number and promises that technical department will contact me. Up to now nobody has contacted me. I really think that is poor service from a big company like Teljoy.
