On the 11th November 2025, I got a loan ewallet from lendplus.. They created an ewallet transaction for me under Amplifin... I withdrew the R490 ewallet from Fnb atms but the atm didn't dispense the money... Went inside the branch and was told to return after 7 working days.. Which I returned and was told my claim was rejected but they can see their atm had an error.. The lady that helped me td me she will give me a call to personally update me... She still hasn't, so I wanna know is this how Fnb treats people with their money? Who is supposed to now pay the loan when I hadn't even received the money.. I check daily to see if it has been reversed but no it hasn't
We booked two apartments, one of the apartments bedroom has bedbugs even have a video proving it, called the manager and she told us there is nothing she can do .. she’s expecting us to sleep there when she herself wouldn’t have slept there
I booked 2apartments, one of the apartments room had bed bugs even have a video showing the bed bugs.. the manager told us there is nothing she can do and that we the 1st clients to complain about bed bugs, after telling her we have a video of the bed bugs.. she’s expecting us to sleep in that apartment after she got her full service payment.
