After years of ordering Avon online suddenly this year Benoni, a city in Ekurhuleni, is out of delivery area. If you select a PAXI pick-up point, they return your order, 2 weeks after receiving your money, because their scanning system was offline... They will refund me the R2200 someday... Try contacting them, every single book, website, email has different contact details, most of them not working... Worst service I have ever seen and that after everything WAS WORKING great until Dec 2025...

I bought a jewelry set online on 10 Dec 2022 and it was shipped from 3 different locations, meaning 3 different parcels arriving days apart. After receiving SMS from courier company to inform me that the last piece would be delivered, nothing arrived. After contacting them I was informed that the courier vehicle was hijacked and Sterns has been informed. Needless to say they did not contact me at all, after numerous emails and being send from one dept to another, they eventually replied that I will be refunded, sent my bank detail etc. and nothing happened. Now after 6 weeks they inform me that the refund was paid in store in cash, in Durban Gateway branch, I do stay in Gauteng and haven't been to Natal for the last 5 years... So fraud inside! I will never ever buy anything from Sterns in my life again and please do not use their online service. Bad service and fraudsters.
After filling up my vehicle on 15 June 2022 @ 16:45 @ BP O'Reilly Merry street, Benoni, my car suddenly would not start the following day at a shopping centre. After I had to tow in the vehicle and many parts later a mechanic suggested that he drain the fuel tank and fill with new TOTAL petrol. Problem solved! At the current price of fuel it is shocking that a BP garage can sell contaminated petrol that almost cost me my vehicle. I have reached out to them but no reply...
