Poor service, delays
I ordered a headboard from Coricraft Canal Walk. Completed date was for 26 of Oct. Headboard still not ready, was promised it will definitely be last week, then promised it will be this week, now informed I have to wait another week and that it will only be ready next week. 3 week delay after lead time if 5 weeks. I have requested for a reason, still waiting for a reason why the delay. I also requested line mamager details, area Manager details and process for logging conplaint. I was informed staff bot allowed to give out those details. I managed to find a name of the area Manager, Craig Bell and the assistant informed me that she emailed the area manager and planning department. I now want to cancel this order and buy a ready made headboard anyplace else, as i cannot rent out my holiday apartment, and I am loosing money everyday, they now say there is a penalty fee applicable if I want to cancel my order, but they are weeks late in supplying the Headboard. No manager has phoned or explained to date. The only response i get, for the last couple of weeks is ‘Next week’. No reason or explanation. Worst client service, will definitely think twice before buying from coricraft ever sgain

Worst car hire company,
Worst place to rent a car! Must be some government sponsored bee company. Sure they will be out of business soon. Way over priced and not market related to any other car hiring company. They have excess of R20000 for scratch, accident, theft… not market related. Still waiting for my deposit to be paid back, R17000 and its a month later. There branches are falling apart, not even the lettering is straight on the wall or same style. Their logo looks like a country emblem… worst place to rent a car. The staff are not competent, not friendly, not helpful, really feels like home affairs or similar. Stay away!!!

Below standard
Friendly service, however the excess payable on theft, scratch, accident is way overpriced, not market related at all. Also the finishes and interior inside rental office is way below standard, the lettering on the walls are skew and not even same style. Far below standard. Looks like a government sponsored agency.
