This is honestly the worst airline I have ever flown on! They just change your flights, don't notify you, then when you show up to the airport for your flight you booked, they tell you "oh no your flight was changed to the day before" assistance people are rude and act like they are doing you a favour by sorting their mistakes out. Seats are also extremely uncomfortable. Rather go with another airline, this Taag airline is super *****.
I would not recommend Divan Horn from B and H Electronics - he was paid to install alarms, did a shocking job where the alarms continuously went off, we tried to contact him to come and fix the issue, he did not answer calls, even though he was always on his phone - eventually responded to messages, sent a different person to come and sort out the issue, however the guy arrived with absolutely nothing, he left and has not come back, no communication from Divan the owner either. Absolutely shocking service and shoddy workmanship. Highly unprofessional.
Shocking customer service from Cloud Nine! My gran bought a bed which sunk within the first few months, she then complained and they gave her an option of giving her another one - which she had to pay in for. The second bed didn't even last as long as the first one. Cloud Nine does not live up to their promises and are just full of excuses when it comes to fixing a problem. Definitely don't recommend buying a cloud nine.
