They didn't change the plugs, they said they just wipe them. They didn't flush the radiator they said I should do it myself, They didn't insert the anti freeze. They charged me for the whole service even though they didn't do any of the things that are required for a minor service. Avoid going to this place at all costs. It is not worth it.
The staff at KFC Emmerentia was very rude to my friend Vuyiswa. She went there this morning to order breakfast. The store has a drive through. They got there and there was a bin blocking the entrance. They didn't understand why the bin was there as there was no sign or anything on the bin. They then asked a worker who was outside if he can move the bin and the guy moved the bin without saying anything. They thought that the guy was just moving the bins. They get into the drive through and they're not assisted. one of the ladies by the name of Nonduduzo Cele came to the window and just looked them, laughed and walked away. My friend then gets out of the car and goes up to the window to ask why they're not being assisted. Nonduduzo then says that they are not yet open due to loadshedding. My friend then asks why didn't she inform them instead of just looking at them and laughing? There was no sign anywhere outside the store not even on the bin they had put outside the gate..The guy that removed the bin also didn't advise my friend and her partner that the store is currently closed. Nonduduzo then tells my friend that she can laugh if she wants to because it's her mouth. That was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. All that they needed to do was advise that they're closed and my friend would've left. There was an argument between my friend and Nonduduzo with the manager standing right there. Godfrey Mabusela the manager just let his employee argue with a customer without any intervention. My friend then contacted Mark who is said to be the Area Manager. Mark was understanding and he promised to get to the bottom of this and quickly get back to my friend. all of this happened in the morning and there hasn't been any communication since. By the way when my friend arrived at the store the electricity was back however they had just been delayed by loadshedding. This was all very unnecessary and disrespectful. Nonduduzo Cele needs to learn how to speak to clients. My friend and I both work with clients we know all about fair treatment. All she needed to was inform my friend that they were not yet open and it would've ended there. There hasn't been any update from Mark the Area Manager at this time.
