Received my order in the time frame promised and all products were as per the picture and description given. Sizing was also correct. Ordered more that once and will continue to do so, very happy with the service thus far.
Update on my previous review... Donald has still not made the refund as promised on the 24th Feb 2023. Definitely won't recommend this company!
I gave the go ahead and paid the company DLBS contact Donald for services to integrate from Pastel to Shopify website on the 5th of May 2022. I asked what the % deposit must be to which he answered "Great news, with integration development projects we do take a FULL deposit up front as we have licensing fees with Sage, Cero ect . this is also why we deliver in just 5 days" Next msg "I'll get the guys to start preparing the business process workshop (BPW) so long" I then pay him in full R7500 as quoted and agreed upon. On the 6th of May 2022 he says "Good morning Sharon, thank you for the pop. I will be sending you some documents shortly for the business process workshop" On the 19th he says "Hi Sharon, we have almost completed the Shopify side of the integration, would I be able to login via Anydesk a bit later to check out your network and Pastel." Which I allowed him to do and he did install files on my company server. On the 25th he says "Good morning I did indeed log in and we got all the necessary info, would you mind if I logged in again sometime today to do a test run to one of our website." I answered great no problem please go ahead. Few more messages backwards and forwards. On the 30th May 2022 he says "We should be done by day end with the project" But he never logs in. I keep asking what is going on in messages backwards an forwards. On the 6th of June I ask again when can you log in to finish, he says "Yes of course so sorry I was at a wedding far away on the weekend" also "Can I update you at 10am with a time? Just popping into a meeting and I'll check my diary for you" I remind him later the day he says "so sorry it's been one of those Monday's. Would the afternoon suit you guys" but again NOTHING happens. On the 9th June 2022 he again says "I'll contact you this afternoon and get this done ASAP." Still nothing. On the 13th I ask again please I really need to get my site updated... let me know what is going on? Only on the 20th of June he replies "Hi Sharon, please may I login via Anydesk now as we can setup a time for Friday to do your training. So sorry that I let this delay for so long we are swamped with projects. We don't usually let things fall by the wayside like this." I then say fine and send the log in details. He then says "just checking connector on our side" and "patiently waiting for it to do its thing." Then "really sorry for being unavailable last week." Then we run into issues on our firewall and I get my IT company involved. Then msg and phone calls forward and backwards to sort the blocking issues ect On the 27th of June I contact Donald again asking please what is going on? When will everything be sorted? No answer. I ask again on the 29 & 30th June. He only replies on the 4th of July "I will ensure all is live by Friday this week, thank you for your patience." Then nothing again... I ask please update on the 6th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 14th July 2022. No reply On the 18th July I ask "Morning, OK so I've lost my money?" He then quickly replies... "Not at all, may we please have a meeting tomorrow morning?" I reply... when??? I'm available but then yet again no reply. I again ask please what is going on?? And repeatedly do so on the 15th, 24th 25th and 31st of August 2022. NO reply.. I ask on the 24th October 2022 "How do you sleep at night knowing you stole from me? On the 4th of May you said 5 days??" He then replies "Good Day, we are more than happy to either process a refund, pass a credit or complete the deployment of the integration project" I then ask him when are you going to complete it? And send him my banking details asking for a refund instead. He then replies "I will get back to you as soon as I am back in the office. I do value you as a client and I would like to formally apologize for the long delay and pause in services. I will ensure this is prioritized among the development team." I reply noted, and then again follow up on the 26th, 28th Oct 2022, nothing happens. I re-send my bank details on the 8 Nov 2022, 5th and 6th of December. Sadly still no reply. I again ask on the 13th, 14ht and 15th Feb 2023. I then finally decide I've been nice enough and I've given him ample opportunity to keep his end of the contract so I write a bad review on Hello Peter. On the same day I also finally get a reply from Donald saying "Good morning we will process your refund on the last Friday of the month." TODAY the 24 February 2023 he contacts me saying "Excuse me??? I have processed your refund today however I advise you to remove this as it is grossly defamatory. I will pass it onto legal if not removed." In sum I will now have to see if the refund was actually processed today the 24 Feb 2023 or not??!? Almost a year later after being promised 5 days from, the 5th of May 2022.
