I write this with great irritation and anger I have called Nedbank and noone is willing to help I am told that I mandated a Debit orde from african bank which is not true!!! Secondly this is not the first time I am experiencing this with Nedbank and I am reall concerned by the lack of assistance in reversing my money and I am just expected to accept that African bank took my money based on a "mandate" that I did not agree to nor sign anything. Can somone in power not the uselsess call center staff nor the app agents call me to sort this out because this is not right and African bank is also not willing to help I want my money back today!!!
I don't even know where to start but this is the worst company ever. First of all the money I have been contributing for the past 5 years towards my pension fund doesn't add up! And Noone knows why! I submitted my withdrawal on 30-06-2022 and I have been following up every day none of them has the courage just to call me and update me. Everyday I get a different story infact every agent seems to thumb suck a response... However I must commend Patsy Turnbull only one who actually tries but I'm at a point where I really don't want nothing to do with Lifesense financial services because they are pretty much useless and have zero regard for they clients!!! I need to get them reported to the financial services board they license must be banned!! I HAVE CLAIMED FROM OTHER INSTITUTIONS BEFORE AND MY PENSION FUND WAS SORTED WITHIN A MATTER OF DAYS. WHY THEY MAKE SO DIFFICULT I DON'T UNDERSTAND AND I WON'T STOP UNTIL I GET THEM CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE THEY ARE USELESS I HAVE 3 DIFFERENT RESPONSES FROM THEY AGENTS ALL WITH DIFFERENT DAYS OF EXPECTED PAYMENT!!! THAT JUST TELLS ME THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELLL THEY DOING AND WHO WANTS TO TRUST SUCH PEOPLE WITH THEY MONEY??? I AM JUST WAITING ON FSB TO RESPOND WE NEED TO CLEAN UP THIS COUNTRY COMPANIES LIKE THESE ARE TAKING OUR PEOPLE FOR A RIDE!!! THIS TIME AROUND THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG GUY!!!
