Another holiday another National Luna fridge fail. This is my 3rd 90 litre fridge that has failed they are over R15 000 and don't last at all, my first 2 just died on holiday ruining all my meat, the 3rd one's plastic insides so brittle it disintegrates into pieces and the fridge's insulation fills up with moisture and water making the fridge useless as a fridge. R15000 for the fridge and R1000 each time to fix the fridge under warranty. So it's been R17 000 and I still don't have a working fridge
Still waiting, soon it will be a year of fighting with this useless place. Sent hundreds of E-Mails and Phone calls they just don't do anything. Telkom was way better, they use to sort out any Issuses while you wait, not almost a year!! As soon as they refund me for double charging for 10 months, I will be back with Telkom
Rain keeps replying we will sort your 7 month problem out ASAP, but nothing happens, completely quiet from their side, looks like it's going to be 8 months and still they will be double charging me.
It's 9 months now, since December 2021 and rain is still double charging me, tons of emails, messages and phone calls means nothing. They keep saying it has been sorted out and 1st of this month I am double charged again!! I really don't know what more to do.....
Rain Internet Service Provider has been double charging me for 7 Months now. With tons of E-Mails and Phone calls it has still not been fixed. They keep saying they are going to fix the on going problem but nothing happens, They don't respond to E-Mails, doesn't look like they have a physical office, definitely not in Nelspruit to try sort this issue out. Totally Useless Service
