Bad Food and Customer Service

I have never been this disappointed like this in my life before ordered lunch for myself and 3 other colleagues at Jolly Grubber which is located at Albert Street ( Durban) the service we received today was the worst ever and yet we are regular customer in fact our whole company orders from them , we received small portions of the meal which consists of ( pap, 2 lamb chops, drumettes and a mutton sausage) the meat was ok but the pap and chutney we received was horrible the pap was like porridge the chutney was like a river it was a terrible sight luckily I took a picture of the food as proof should it be needed when I called back to complain the manager Zainub was very rude making excuses saying that it was the 2nd lot of the pap that was cooked hence why it was wet like that so I told her that I would really like a compensation which fell on deaf ears , according to my knowledge when you go to a restaurant and received bad food they give you a fresh new order but this lady was very rude and arrogant she lacks management and customer service skills her poor communication will be the downfall of the company I am very disappointed in this store. KFC False Advertising ( Sparks Road)

KFC Sparks Road Overport City , Was on social media early today 19 July 2022(Instagram) whilst browsing I came across their Tuesday special which is 6 pieces of chicken for R69.90 which did not state that special is available online so I took an uber to go and purchase that as I was not going to cook for supper to my surprise when I got to that KFC I was told the special is only available online! KFC should stop false advertising and state clearly on their ad if deal is available instore or online . It was very frustrating that I could not purchase this special as I've always been buying this deal ever since it was introduced to KFC and have never encountered such I'm really disappointed I this service
