The person from the Kuilsriver store can't keep a promise delivery within 90 mins. They are rude and have no way for speak to customers.ive been waiting for an express delivery which I paid for and was told. If the driver does not want to go into an area there is nothing they can do about it .***? The previous driver had no issues at all and now that a shift change happened the new driver just refuses...*** is up with that?
I ordered a street wise two,mash and gravey and colonel burger. My street wise two had two small chicken wings and colonel burger had no garnish or sauce. No condiments,Chilli salt or serveittes was added in the bag. As I came from work I was tired and extremely hungry as I was I consumed it. I was so sick after eating I regurgitated all of it. I was still hungry and not satisfied at all.
Putrid customer service! Called the customer service line to assist with a data purchase. I spoke to a lady that placed me on MUTE for over 25 MINS. I ended up dropping the call and calling back. The 2nd agent was so polite and willing to assist. Due to the first agents pathetic customer service I requested to speak to a manager which agent 2 gladly assisted me with and requested a call back. The manager that apparently works in customer service for 6 years could not even understand my request or address me in a professional manner. She was unable to construct proper sentences as all she could say while speaking over me was "I CANT DO THAT ITS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE SYSTEM" the manager knows her product 100% according to her and is most knowledgeable. I highly doubt that ! Once a new product is launched your team leaders and agents should be trained to assist their customer calling in!!! This would probably be why I leave Cell C due to the incompetence of their staff and lack of professionalism!
