Great service from these guys. The installers was on time. Worked very neat. All of them wore masks. They cleaned after they completed the job. ( I think my garage is cleaner after they left). I would really recommend Solarpower for your solar or backup needs.
I have done an upgrade online. after finishing the confirmation stated that the iphone 12 with a apple watch se and my contract was included and the total monthly payment was R556.99. Now when logging into my profile suddenly there is a handset installment of R1000. How is this my problem? i did the upgrade because of that package i selected. Proof was sent to vodacom as apparently they cannot help my online. i have to send an email to vadmin@coactive.co.za Not that i think anyone will come back to me.
2 Weeks ago my wallet was stolen WIth all my cards, Id, Licence. I immediately stopped the card. I was told to Go to a Makro or Game to replace the Card. Since Home Affairs is closed on Level 3, i could only apply for a temporary ID, which is an official document. Now i cannot get a new card because "they dont accept temporary ID's" What a load of Bull%^&$ How am i supposed to do my business on an up to date account when i cannot for any unforseen future get a new card? SHould i maybe stop paying then someone will help me?
More than 2 years ago i upgraded my contract and got a "free"phone but with also a free uchoose 60 contract, which i obviously never used. Now 3 or 4 months ago, i saw my bill looked higher than usual. Suddenly i am being charged for that uchoose60 contract, which i NEVER gave permission to, never requested it. Now for the 3rd month no one is responding to my emails that i send. I am just being ignored, and then i get notified that my contract is in arrears. I am not in arrears as this is not something i ever wanted or gave permission for. Can someone contact me via email. Someone senior, and get this amounts credited to my account immediately. Im sick of sending emails thats not being read or replied to. I spend more than enough at Vodacom for them to actually just assist me and sort out my query. Also i cannot get through to customer care, as they are probably too busy with complaining customers.
<p>Claim Nr : ********** </p> <p>I have lodged a claim on 25 October for damages sufferent to one of my portable possessions, i digital SLR camera. It took 2 weeks for them to tell me that they will only repair the charger. The eventually they got to a point where they would replace only the charger. Also there was a mistake on the excess i would have to pay that did not corrspond to my policy contract. Then my broken arranged for them to pay out cash to me, and then take the excess from my excess funder account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today i got a call from New World n Menlyn and the guy wanted to now from me if they are replacing the battery or the charger. I told him that i dont even know whats wrong with my camera. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why do i have to pay every month to specify an item that i use a lot, then when i have a small claim they do not want to pay out that item that i can replace it? now i have to pay R500 excess, so that Discovery can pay the extra R495 to get something changed, and that might not even be the only problem. When getting the policy, i was promised excellent service and speedy response. No we are 3 weeks later, with still no resolution to the problem! I think it is PATHETIC to say the least!</p> <p> </p> <p>The mail authorisation states : Photographic equipment Camera Canon 1000D : COmprehensive(portable Posessions) - Replace. SO why now only the charger???</p>
