Worst service ever
I received an email stating that my policy had lapsed due to two missed payments. However, I called in to advise that I had made the payments and even emailed proof of payment this morning. The consultant who assisted me was extremely rude and impatient. When she asked me to resend the proof of payment, I requested that she spell out the email address to ensure accuracy, but she was dismissive and unwilling to help. She then ended the call abruptly. This is completely unacceptable. As a paying client who has maintained this policy for years, I expect basic courtesy and assistance. It’s disappointing to receive such poor service from an institution that should prioritize helping its clients resolve issues. Given this experience, I am requesting a full refund of all the payments I have made. I will not tolerate such unprofessional treatment, especially when I am taking the necessary steps to correct and update my payments.

Unprofessional agents
Coming to people’s homes and taking pictures for marketing purposes without consent from the home owners is unacceptable, we were shocked to find our home listed on property 24. Can your arrangements with the developers please not affect home owners, you are making our experience of leaving in Swallow Hills bad , people knocking on our doors for viewing when we not even selling our house, this is unacceptable.
