She helps and guides U making your shopping experience wonderful. She is forever smiling and I love to shop there because I know she will help in anything I need. We need more staff like her. Pathetic service and drivers who are thieves!!!!!
I'm deeply angry and annoyed by the service recieved today from Uber eats. I made an order at KFC diepkloof square at 7pm only recieved my order at 9:15pm. The first driver who was collecting my order sent me a msg asking me to confirm my address and if I had paid online,I replied with what he asked and minutes after that the app says oops finding another driver. Second driver accepted and minutes later got an oops again. Third driver Anthenkosi was kind enough to respond to my messages when I was asking abt my order and he informed me that my order was already collected ...by who ...? He then never answered and I got another oops. I really want to praise the forth driver Onias,as soon as I saw his name I started chatting to him asking if he can plz find out what's happening with my order. He replied and assured me he will find out. He arrived at KFC and was told that my order was collected, apparently the first driver who came to collect is the one who took my order,scribbled his name so they could not see and wrote an incorrect phone number because they tried to call him. Onias kept chatting to me and told me they will replace my order. When he was on his way he notified me too. As much as I'm angry about the first driver,I'm very happy that there is honest drivers like Onias out there. He could have decided not to come too but he followed my query and even showed them the chats at the store to verify that I had not received my order yet. A big thank u to Onias for that. As for the first driver,he has made me not to trust Uber eats anymore. I'm now afraid of ordering and paying online. Is this what the service has come to now ...people stealing food. I'm deeply disappointed. This service was made to make our lives easier but now when we have drivers stealing our food what are we going to do....

Great service Builders express Southgate
I would like to give a super big thumbs up to builders warehouse express in Southgate and the call centre. I was assisted by a lady named Amanda on the phone who helped me navigate the online purchasing system as I was looking for a specific item. She was exceptionally kind and after her assistance I was able to order the item at a closer store which is builders express Southgate. As soon as I made the purchase online,I called again just to be sure that I did everything correctly,and the lady who answered the phone(can't remember her name) also gave me great service and she even wanted to escalate my purchase just so that I can be comfortable. Immediately after the call to confirm,I recieved a call from builders express Southgate confirming that my order was received and will be delivered in the next hour. In an hour I received a call that the driver is at the gate to deliver. 🤗I'm happy to say that I recieved the best best service from builders and will definitely be ordering online again as it was such an easy and convenient way to get whatever I need. Thank u again for the 15%discount I recieved when registering as it helped to lower the total of my purchase. Exceptional service indeed!!!!! I was really happy that I ordered an item and within 2 hours it was delivered and expected delivery day was in 2 days. Thank u once more builders express Southgate. Keep up the great service. Im a super super happy client!!!!!
