I bought tinned husky dog food the other day, and it was full of mould. It isn't even close to the expiration date. I emailed their customer service department and in response they asked me when and where I bought it, I sent them all the details including pictures and its been a week now, No answer from them.
I need FNB to sort my paid up letter out. They changed my Cheque account balance to a personal loan. And now it no one excepts that I paid my account and its closed. They don't even understand that they *****ed up. How many times do I need to explain over the phone and they stil don't understand.
