The only thing Smart is they branding, dont be fooled. The only thing smart about them is their branding and the fact that they have an attorney on retention. Their installation was of a poor quality. Yield was poor because they used the wrong size pipes, pump was wrong size for the size hole. Pipes mangled with electrical supply. Our tanks were half filled with borehole sediments because they didnt run it until clean, before filling tanks. The hole itself is piled full of soil within 20mm, didnt remove soil to ensure that waste doesn't fall back into hole. Dominic clearly didn't know how to fix any of the problems we had, no water, lots of money spent and poor quality workmanship. We offered to part ways, he could take his equipment and that would be the end of our relationship. We received a letter of demand a week later. His lawyer informed us that he is on a standing retainer. So ask yourself why does a borehole drilling company need a lawyer on retainer. A supplier told us recently that they have blacklisted him. So, use them at your peril

Online sales after service is non existent, no reachable telephone number, they never respond to emails and when you do finally get hold of someone, they say all the right stuff on the phone but don't follow through. I purchased a cooker for over R20k from them and have literally been trying for 6 months to get help with damage on the cooker
This is only our 2nd claim in 5 years and both times, they just ignored our claim, never answer their phones. When you finally get to speak to someone, they ask for a mountain of paperwork, don't give you the correct email and contact. You will basically be frustrated every step of the way when a claim is lodged. It is worse than council. I'm so fed up, I'm nearly giving up on my claim, that I submitted 2 months ago.
