You will not find a better upholstery, carpet, house and even car cleaning service than Stress-Less Cleaning ! Yolanda is fantastic, always in a great mood and helpful. She gets the job done and you don't feel like a cleaning service cleaned your house, you feel like a good friend visited you and cleaned your house at the same time ! She even cleaned my car in my driveway with that Karger machine and soap, my car has never been that clean and I did not have to drive to a car cleaner and sit or stand in the sun and watch them clean the car. Stress-Less is the only upholstery cleaners that can clean cat pee from a couch with no cat pee smell lingering afterwards.
So, I finally had to get my Capitec banking app installed on my phone. Being of a certain generation who prefers face to face contact, I went to the new Capitec bank in Langebaan. Armed with ID, bank account number, cellphone and a heavy heart I decided to visit the branch. Wow, I handed my phone to the consultant and before I could start to explain my concerns about loading apps, she was done ! App was loaded and she showed me exactly what to do and where to find the transactions etc. Amazing ! I was done within less than 5 minutes and standing on the pavement feeling dazed and confused. I was gearing up for a 2 hour process of completing forms and confirming your identity, none of that, just my finger print ! Amazing ! Thank you
I went to Marcs yesterday and had the best service and experience ever. I often visit Marcs Beach Bar Langebaan, it is really service with a smile. The waiters make you feel that you are welcome. I had the fried baby marrow chips with tartar sauce, delicious crispy and the perfect snack with a glass of semi sweet white wine. Perfect !
I tried to update my beneficiary, however Liberty Life refuses to update my beneficiary, because I do not have the persons ID number. I have the full names and date of birth as well as contact details. I do not want the person that I nominate to know that they are a beneficiary as I do not want to create expectations. If I ask the person for their ID number, they would want to know why I want it. People are not comfortable giving their ID numbers as there is always a possibility of ***** being committed. I have updated my beneficiaries before, without the ID numbers, just the date of birth.
After many complaints I am no nearer to an answer from African Bank regarding my disability claim. They phoned me once, confirmed my id number etc for security purposes, then send me an OTP. I did not receive the OTP and they told me that they cannot help me and I have to phone their call centre ? They have never done the OTP thing before. It is not my fault that their system is not working.
I canceled my contract with Trusc end last year, however, still receive e-mails from them. Received an e-mail to all their clients from their CEO Leon Botes. The premiums for clients on contracts jumped up by R 300 with barely 2 weeks notice. Leon ranted and raved about loadshedding and how much salaries they have to pay their staff, cost of generators etc. I was really annoyed at the following " After all, we don’t go off on you when you call us and complain your Internet is slow yet your sons PlayStation is downloading a major game update at the time, we make you aware of this and help you to fix it." Not everyone is sitting playing games on the internet, most of us need it to work from home and earn a living. Looking at his e-mail it seems that Trusc is in serious financial trouble.
I wrote a review regarding my loan at African Bank and submitting a disability claim on 26 May. I received and e-mail asking AGAIN to submit my application forms and reports, which I did. They rep**** the following " Insurance Claims Mon, May 29, 8:29 AM (8 days ago) to Elias, Riana, me Good day Thank you for your email. Kindly note that your claim is in process and you will be notified by sms the outcome of your claim. Regards Tinny Still waiting for any reply.
I have a loan with African bank and paid for the extra life and disability insurance for the loan. I have been struggling since 2019 to claim for the payment of the loan with the disability benefit that they provide and I paid for. I have been placed on permanent disability. Every year I submit confirmation from the company where I was employed that I am on disability and my doctor provided numerous reports confirming that I am on permanent disability, however, they keep phoning and sending sms's with conflicting information. They send an sms confirming that my disability claim has been accepted, but then they start threatening me that they will report me as a non payer on the ITC ? They phone me and as soon as I answer the phone, they hang up ?! I cannot afford to phone them and hold on until all my airtime runs out.
I have been struggling to find information regarding whether I am a beneficiary on a deceased person's policy as Old Mutual phoned me in July already informing me that I am a beneficiary. However, finding the correct information on their call centre line seems impossible. I went to Old Mutual Langebaan, which is a sales office, however since I am a client of Old Mutual myself I hoped to receive some assistance regarding phoning the correct department. She, Esme, told me that they no longer have phones in their office ? They phone through their computers, so I asked if she could please place a call to the call centre as my phone keeps cutting out and I ran out of airtime. She told me that she cannot do that as she has her own work to do and can only make an appointment with an adviser to sell me a policy ! I eventually went to PSG Langebaan, I am not even their client, and they promptly assisted me and an issue that I have been struggling with for months were resolved within half an hour !?! Well so long Old Mutual my policies will be moved to PSG.
