Home connect which is linked to TITC Africa and Herilink have absolutely zero customer service skills. They have no concern for a router being down and offer no support or solutions. It is a hassle getting in touch with them... I would not recommend any of these service providers. I wish I could rate them a zero star
Absolute worst service, no call backs, no updates on fixing disconnected routers. Horrible customer service
Vodacom Fibre has provided pathetic service to me for the past 2 and a half weeks. I have spoken to several consultants over the past few days about receiving my router and finally when it does arrive it is the incorrect one. I have had no consolidated feedback and have had no help from any consultant in solving my problem even after displaying how unhappy I have been. The business has been absolutely terrible at getting back to me and providing any sort of information. I am appalled by the way they treat their customers.
