A few weeks ago i submitted a claim with A&G. The vehicle was picked up by their towing company from my house. the claim was eventuallu not approved and it was explained as to why not and i was satisfied with that. i was then informed to pick up my car from the repair centre where the car was towed to from the assessment lot. When we picked up the car my audio equipment, the amplifier and cross-over were missing, this was on the 14/03/2024. it has been an uphill battle to even get feedback. everytime i have to get something, i have to call them, i have spoken to over 7 different people, having to retell my story each time. i received some email from the last place the car was at where we picked it up showing that items missing, supposedly showing that they recieved it like that. noone has bothered to attempt to recieve any checklist of items from the assessment lot where the car 1st went to, the towing company/s that towed the car from my house to the assessment lot and to the repair centre. There seems to be absolutely no sense of urgency in getting to the bottom of this. and i'm a business insurance client, you'd think that would mean something.
Scam. i placed an order two weeks ago, no tracking number, the site keeps saying "awaiting fulfillment". they number doesn't work and they dont reply to their emails, assuming that contact us option actually sends an email anywhere.
I placed and paid for an order 4 weeks ago, didn't get any update until 2 weeks later and they said they are packing and shippin ,havent heard anything since and the whatsapp messages are read and not responded to. Even when I explicitly say I want a refund. And absolutely no reply to emails
