Misleading!!
This is a ****!!! They proclaim to be a family business in Cape Town , shutting down , offering discounts but the clothes are shipped in from China!!! Do not purchase , it’s misleading and dishonest!!

Useless customer service!!
One star is too much!!! I logged a return with the relevant company on the 14th June and they advised me Buffalo would collect within 4 days. I am still waiting! They responded once to my mails to advise me they have escalated the return , they emailed a second time to advise me a third party would collect and now they do not respond at all!!! Useless service!

Hobby Group Order Cancellation
I received a call from a Telemarketer and signed up for one of their Drone offers. The 1st Debit order went through successfully. When I advised my husband of the purchase , he was not interested in a Drone. I phoned Bianca from the Hobby Group and she gladly cancelled the order and put through a refund. Customer service was great and I had no hums and haa's :)
