Worst bank ever. My bank zero account was put on HOLD since the start of November. For no valid reason whatsoever. I have money in my account that I need to use urgently. I am now being ignored by the customer service team. All I am asking now is for you guys to release my money so I may part ways with your bank. Clearly I made a wrong decision by joining your bank.
The worst crypto trading platform. They are keeping my money away fron me. They do not want to give me my money!
I deposited money into my Luno account and my Luno account got locked in less than 5 minutes! I asked why my account got locked, you never gave me a valid answer! You asked for my video verification and the bank statement of my bank account I used to make the deposit, I gave you everything you needed from me! I asked again, why did my account got locked, you never gave me a valid answer! Now, since you have gotten everything that confirms the legitimacy of my deposit, you now fail to respond to me through email! The same 5 minutes it took you to lock my account is now not invested when I need my account unlocked? Be professional! You cannot tell me it is hard for you to unlock my account so I may withdraw my money from your App so I can stop using your services.
I'm having problems with making a withdrawal from this platform. Yet, everything on my side is good. No response from them.
Greetings sir/madam My name is Mthobisi Doncabe & I would like to receive your assistance regarding a company based in South Africa called Luno( a crypto exchange platform). I have been using their services for over 10 years now, without any problems, until recently. See, what had happened is, I had received a large sum of money through profits from an investment I had made a couple of weeks back & withdrew through Luno as usual but all of a sudden, they "temporarily suspended "my account. What is worse is, they even told me that they will not give me full information as to how & why they arrived to that decision regarding my Luno account. Now, what is worse is, I live in an apartment, I haven't fully paid my rent...I have groceries to take care of & I need to some my mother money back home. My life is being inconvenienced because of the Luno issue right now. Please help me regarding this issue. I don't know how & why they got to being this unprofessional & so much inconsiderate all of a sudden. P.S I have no data as I write this message to you. Please assist me. I am close to being broke.
I was informed by FNB that my account has been fully unfrozen. I have 2 accounts with FNB, an easy account and a savings account. It's my easy account that has been unfrozen, I also have money in my savings account that I need. Kindly assist me with unfreezing my savings account. Mr John Volmink( from FNB and responsible for freezing my account) had reserved an amount of R230 from my easy account and had asked me to pay the money back to the capitec account it had came from....so I had recently paid the R230 and ever since then, he hasn't responded to my emails and still hasn't unfrozen my savings account. So, please, I'll also need the R230 back into my easy account.
