Driver has delivered- 2weeks later . But almost 6 months after signing up
Atterbury value mart branch. Phoned at 9h00 to confirmed stock and personalization of jerseys. Phoned at 11h30 to ask them to prepare my order so that I could only collect and pay. One staff member informed me the machine was broken and the other employee said otherwise. When it came down to the stock of the letters for personalization, they said they will phone me back once it is ready. 12h30 I did not yet receive a call so I phoned back only to find out there is no stock. The sales person informed me that he will phone the menlyn branch to order the letters missing but I have to pick it up and bring it to them for the personalizing. Very poor communication skills and very unprofessional.
