**** Be ALERT!!!!! This is money laundering company, you pay them and follow up and they don't know what they are doing. They keep on apologizing for not delivering. After you finish paying, they stop communicating with you and if they do by chance, it's stories after stories. Reporting them to Ombudsman and they will pay my money back, that's a promise NXA!!!!!!!!
Good day I ordered 2 items on the 8th of July 2024. Game took my money but the ordered reported as failed on their system. I was asked for proof of payment which I gladly supp**** in a matter of minutes. I was then called weeks later to confirm whether I still want the items I bought or I needed my refund. I said I want the items. I have been calling Game everyday for an update and given stories everytime I called. Now Game with the items I want called my dad (where the items will be delivered) and told him to come to the store and pay for delivery. Delivery???? How????? Because when I paid online it was mentioned that the delivery is free? I’m so disgusted with Game and right now I just want my money back. I don’t even know why I bothered buying with Game, cos with Makro I would have long had the items I bought. Your service is disgusting and I’m reporting this matter to the Ombudsman, maybe that’s the wake up call you guys need. For the fact that I’m the one who keeps on following as if I’m owing you it’s just ultimate bull****. Kindly send my money back I’m fed up yeeeeerrrrrrr
I'm still waiting for the call I was promised as I submitted my docs again after capfin assumed that I no longer need the loan. Please call me before you lose my documents again, and call to finalize my loan application or better yet tell me I don't qualify instead of these back and forth's...
I applied for a loan about a month ago and they called me to check my expenditure and how much I will qualify for. Fine, they asked me when can they call me to finalize my loan and I told them my lunch times at work. They kept on calling me on unspecified times and they ended up canceling my loan. When I did an enquiry I was told I have to start all over again with the application. I did apply again and now they are not calling me at all. What's wrong with telling a person that you don't qualify for such and such reasons instead giving us hope? I'm so unhappy with Capfin and won't recommend it to anyone
