They say package has delivered, but the package never reached me . Tired contacting but they keep saying they escalated

Car service
Worst service ever, even the service consultant Dineo Mbethe was very rude, they kept my car for a month without any communication, I had to always call to ask about my car. I even had to demand my car back because no car goes to service for a month
