The worst dealership I ever worked with. They lie through their teeth. I took my car for the 3th time to fix the same problem, they make empty promises and leave their customers in a lurch without providing an alternative transport. Never ever will I buy a Volvo again in my life. As for Head Office Customer service department the less said about them the better because all they know is "I am sorry" every time a customer report a bad service from their dealer. I lost R20 000 in December for my holiday booking due to their incompetence and they don't take ownership. I will admire your quality cars but as for my money you must just forget.
They are consistent with bad customer service. One elevate the poor service from the dealer to volvocrc@volvocars.com Head Office, they turn a blind eye and add to your misery. I have looked as previous reviews from a number of Volvo clients, their response is consistently pathetic
They take their clients for granted.The Hatfield dealer promised to get me a courtesy car on within 2 hours on Friday 20 December 2024. Until today he has not come back to me and I am informed he is on leave. Customer Care person names Mpumi Mbatha is not helpful, her only concern is the car to be fixed and she is not interested on the fact that I booked a holiday in Cape Town from 22 December 2024, however I am unable to take the road trip because of Volvo incompetence and lack of respect to their loyal clients. This is despite a media statement by Hilary Allison - Director of Retailer and Business Development on 13 October 2024 entitled Volvo genuine parts extended warranty rolls out in South Africa. I am stucked with the kids who were exited and looking forward to take a vacation to Cape Town.
