I have been staying here at Kempton Place and the service here is deteriorating. We have not had any power for from the 17th of April till date. No update from the management at all this is now happening for 3 years at the same time and we know its going to take place again soon in June. The building manager are failing to meet with us the tenants to notify us of what the issue is. Another thing we have found out that we are be8ng served contaminated water for the past few months coming from a Bore hole and they carry on like nothing wrong us happening.
Never ever have I been abused like Snowy did to me. The Credit controller who wanted to make sure she put me in my place. She sends me an sms I haven't paid my Rent account.... for the first in my 4 years of staying there. She did not ask me for my proof of payment instead she started name calling me as "********" for asking her why she is telling me that I did not pay my account. She had no customer service at all but all she does is bully and call me names... I did not get any joy from senior Zikhona as she didn't see anything wrong about the manner in which Snowy spoke to me. My reference may have been incorrect but it no excuse for this verbal abuse from Snowy.
Wow I have never been so disappointed. Sunday night i Placed an order but it never arrived. The same evening after reporting this to UberEats they within minutes they respond to say the driver followed proceeded and I am not eligable for a refund. Just like that. No one showed up. We waited for 30min. And just like that becuase he knew the protocols to follow so he is protected he was able to get free supper. I dont ever want anything tp do with Uber. You have people running away with our deliveries and your proud of it. Shops and resturants should get their own deliveries people so they can control this nonesense. My R255 gone just like that cause somebody can manipulate.
Wow I am livid, on the 20th March I paid for 3 days access their website with my card. To my surprise on the 23th March I have a debit order R503.52 not authorized by myself no notification of any sort they just take money for themselves from my account and sorry that the terms were not clear enough, they ******* me into this day access know that we are not aware there is a catch to it, and they only say sorry it was clear enough. Disgusting I want my money back!!!!
I moved into Unit B624 on the 26.02.2021 where I had paid a deposit of R8700 On the 1 July 2022 I did a change of unit there I paid again another deposit of R4800 Initially the communication I received from Karabo regarding my deposit pay out for the old unit was the money would be paid in 2 weeks after the inspection was complete. I can confirm this was completed on the 1st July 2022. Two weeks later I liaised with Masindi who assured me the money that should they complete their necessary admin afte the 25th of July I would only receive the difference on the money as the monthly debit would be deducted from the deposit credit n my account and the balance there of would be paid I have been given the run around for my deposit since, so subsequently what has happened to their benefit is that because I have credit on my account no debit order was submitted for the new lease end of July Now I am still waiting and been given the same run around for my money which is now the amount of R 2533.17 Clearly CITY PROPERTY avoids paying out tenants deposit and I refuse to wait any longer, I require my deposit to be in my bank account by the 03 August there is no reason why I should wait any further.
