What a **** the mystery deal on Hyperli was. We were 4x people who all purchased the premium mystery deal, our prizes were nothing as described from the list or ''alternative'' Also the waiting period for a pair of earfones and speaker you can purchase from China Town for under R100? RIDICULOUS
We had a group booking for a birthday party. We arrived and had drinks and starters. Shortly after 20h30 our orders were placed for mains, our food started arriving aft 23h00 with no explanation or communication as to what the issue was. Even when the food arrived, it was not up to standard. Also, no compensation offered. It could have just been one of those things, but not a good experience at this establishment
It's been about 4 months now, I'm still waiting on a refund. Ive got trail mails and all. Try calling? you get transferred about 10 times by reception only to be told by the automated voice there's an influx in calls, 7 days a week, all day. the absolute worst service ever
