I am absolutely appalled by the way MSC Cruises has handled my request for a cancellation and refund. I am currently pregnant and will be 40 weeks at the time of the cruise departure. This is clearly a high-risk stage of pregnancy, and I provided medical letters from my doctor confirming my due date and that I am unable to travel. Despite this, MSC has refused to cancel my cruise or refund my deposit, even though their own policy makes allowances for cancellations under such medical circumstances. Their response? That I might give birth before departure—as if they are medical professionals qualified to make such judgments. This is not only irresponsible, but cruel and deeply insensitive. Their complete lack of empathy or concern for the wellbeing of myself or my unborn child is shocking. While they have offered to change the date, I no longer want anything to do with MSC Cruises. If this is how they treat someone with a valid medical reason, imagine how they would handle an emergency on board. Their disregard for human life and basic decency is horrifying. I strongly urge anyone considering MSC to think twice. Their customer service is heartless, their policies are selectively enforced, and they have shown me they care more about money than people. I feel ****med, unheard, and deeply hurt.
Worst Customer Service and Unresolved Payment Issue with Stage Zero I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Stage Zero. I made a payment for a UPS on August 5th, yet the company claims they have not received my payment. Despite providing them with proof of payment, bank statements, and even confirmation from FNB bank, they have refused to acknowledge the payment and have withheld the delivery of my order. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have repeatedly reached out via email and phone, but Stage Zero has failed to resolve the issue or even provide me with a meaningful update. Their representatives have been unresponsive, and I feel as though no one at the company cares about their customers. I’ve been patient and have given them ample time to address the issue, but after two weeks of no progress, I’m fed up. They refuse to process the order, claiming I haven’t paid them, which is simply not true. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is staggering. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with Stage Zero. If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including considering legal action if necessary.
I have requested for this service to be cancelled and they continue to bill me on a monthly basis, non of their consultants are of assistance, and keep sending me back and forth. The last consultant I spoke to advised that the tower in my area has been down , I have not used their WIFI ever since. But according to them I need to now pay 3 months
