Getting your deposit is a challenge from SANI. You have to follow up several times before you can get your refund.
Budget Insurance warranty service is very poor. They don't provide feedback and it is difficult to speak to their assessors. Be careful when you choose warranty unsurence because you may find yourself stranded without a car while the insurence company is avoiding to pay a claim.
I submitted a claim on 19th September 2024 for mechanical failure. My warranty claim was for gearbox components failure. The warranty covers both external and internal components. On the 09th October i received a report stating that my claim is rejected due to wear and tear. The assessor later said the report was just a procedure. During this process there was no communication or regular feedback. The assessor was always unavailable. I spend over an hour waiting on the line, still didnt receive any assistance. Customer service is pathetic and the company try by all means not to pay my claim. Budget extended warranty is the worst i ever experienced. My car is with the dealership for 4 weeks now. However, still no feedback from Budget.
Poor service delivery. I ordered medication online to be delivered to my house. It is now been 5 hours waiting for delivery. This is not a service you can use if you need medication urgently.
Absa Rewards programme from Absa bank is a real. I was rewarded by switching to to the bank after taking a home loan as per signed agreement.
FNB Private Clients customer service is extremely poor. I reported fraud on my account on the 12 December 2022 and lodged a dispute to have the money refunded. I followed up with the bankers every 48 hours and there was no feedback. They kept stating that feedback will be shared within 24-48 hours every time I contacted service suite. No feedback even today 11 January 2023.
I ordered an item online and it was not fulfilled even after talking to customer service.
