Dear MTN Complaints Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the suspension of my line despite full payment having been made. I currently have two MTN accounts. Payments were made for both accounts; however, I was later informed that the funds were incorrectly allocated by MTN to only one account, resulting in one account reflecting a credit balance while the other was marked as unpaid. As a direct result of this internal allocation error, my line was suspended for “non-payment.” This is unacceptable, as payment was made in full and the error was not caused by me. I visited an MTN store where a ticket was logged, and I was advised that the resolution may take up to three months. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to remain without service for such a prolonged period due to an MTN billing error. I hereby request: Immediate restoration of my suspended line Urgent correction of the payment allocation between my accounts Written confirmation once the matter has been resolved Please note that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. I expect urgent assistance.
This is the worst service i have ever received. the service is ridiculous no communication whatsoever when they decide to disconnect us they do it without notifying us of any issues. we haven't had internet fir almost 6 days , however we will be expected to pay full price month end.
3 days later I still have not received a call from a Maintenance Manager. A Ntsoaki Moloi called me to advise that there is a community unrest in the area which is totally not true. I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks. I keep getting sms’s that I will receive a technical call since my query had been resolve. These people are a ****. Vumatel is useless I’ve paid for a service I have not received!!!!!
VERY BAD SERVICE I logged a call for the internet issues I had my ticket was closed yet I still don’t have internet. I can’t get hold of these but I must pay my subscription every month. It’s been 3 weeks I still don’t have internet. The service is pathetic I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get this Vumatel Fibre
