It's valentine's I understand,however I came to the restaurant around 5 and ordered food it took long up until 7pm. I went to kitchen and I was told that the order I have ordered is out of stock and the waiter did not tell me such. I left the restaurant hungry and upset as I was hoping for more
I bought a fan at makro that only lasted for a day and after that the pole that connects the fan fell off and got broken, I contacted their help desk and sent emails till now I have not heard anything. I am literally using a fan head without a stand. It's been atleast since I complained and nothing has been done so far.
I have experienced bad service from the lodge, I made a booking with booking.com for an event that I planned to go around March, it cancelled two days before the event and I had to call the venue to enquire a way forward, which they sent out a new invoice with different date and policy instructions and insisted that I cancel through booking.com which I did. Now it appears the people I had planned to go to the trip with will no longer be able to go with me again because of other commitments, I called the venue to inform them and make a cancellation because it will be no use for me to travel alone there. The venue insists that I did not cancel with booking.com and I did, I sent every information to support my theory and they were insisting that I should "cancel a booking that passed around March with booking.com first" and also have went silent despite my efforts and booking.com head office contacting them.
The company did me dirty by claiming to offer me a free package after months of trying to cancel it, I then talked with a consultant by the name Dinette who assured me that I wont be paying for the package rather I will pay R189.90. Yesterday I wanted to change my billing details as I have changed banks and called them to let them know, I was stunned to know that I will be paying R445.90 per month instead of R189.90. I tried to communicate with the lady who assisted me to no avail also the other agent I talked to refused to give me the details of the previous agent Dinette to rectify the matter. its been three years with the Isabella group and the treatment I got this year is not satisfactory so much so that I cant wait till I finish paying them off and cut ties.
We often complain about bad service but not when it comes to the Isabella Garcia group, they are warm, welcoming and very helpful. Just today I had an issue that stressed me about my account with them and found a lady by the name Dinette, she was friendly with me and helped me even though she was sick. I also struggle with dry skin and I must mention that it has been two years of using their products and I'm happy with them, cant wait to now test their serums💕💕
