No Deposit Refund
No refund of deposit. I hired a car on the 4th of May to be returned on the 11th of May 2025. Upon returning the car I was notified that the ca had a dent which was there when I took the car and that they will subtract from my deposit. It has been a week now with no communication as to how much they will subtract and refunding my deposit. Very unprofessional when it comes to communication.

Cell C is a useless network!
Cell C I cannot keep going through the same thing with you every month. Why the hell has my account been suspended when payment was made on the 31st of January???? I want nothing to do with your services anymore, I want my contract cancelled, today!!!! You’re so damn unprofessional!!! 😡😡

Inconsiderate system
Cell C closed my line and haven’t reopened even though my account is paid it’s been 4 days now with a disconnected line on the festive season. I’ve also been asking them to cancel my contract with but haven’t been receiving any help regarding that.

Account number: 506446834 Telkom is billing me for subscriptions I do not know about as a result my account is now high and am struggling to settle it. They handed the account over to Nudebt and the amounts do not add up. My account has been suspended for two months now but they keep charging me for those months which I haven’t had access to their services. According to our initial agreement I am supposed to be paying R419 per month but they’ve gone against that agreement and are charging me extra for invalid subscriptions every month. I am appalled by their service as they are now threatening me with summons for amounts that are false and overcharged.

Worst Network with poor service
Cell C has to be the worst. They closed my line even after I had made payment. It was a long weekend and I couldn’t make calls to my loved ones especially on Father’s Day. The line still hasn’t been opened and I have no means of communication with them to open it. This is the worst network ever to have a contract with. Their system and service sucks?
