Bad Service
I ordered and paid for 2 x swimming toys which cost about R700. I was then advised that these were unavaiable. I requested a refund and was told by Dominique Guthrie that she had requested a refund from the accounts department on 30 November 2022. To date I have still not received the refund and have sent her numerous e-mails which she has not responded to. This company is a fraud. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Wild Earth Book
Paid in full for the Wild Earth Book last year. Have not received it despite my sending weekly emails enquiring where it is. A month ago they tell me they had the incorrect address despite me sending them the correct address numerous times, but assured me the book would be delivered in 3 weeks. Well still not received it!!! They just do not respond to emails and have not delivered what I have paid for. THIS IS STEALING!!!!!!!
