Grand Cape Town Terrible Experience
Terrible service. I was served an alcoholic drink despite the waiter confirming 3 times that my drink was non alcoholic which I had requested. No bottled water available during a summer peak season service. Waiter seemed hungover. Slow service. A fly in our food. Horrible experience

Terrible Online Shopping
I ordered goods online and had to go into the store 4 times to have one half of my products delivered. The queue to deal with the online team was longer than the in store queue, so it kinda defeated the point of online shopping. I have escalated my query to the team for the remaining goods to be delivered, with no answer. In addition, the call centre is completely unavailable for the past two days :-(
