I checked in early, only to have my EraByDjZinhle jewellery ******. I used the last flight from OR Tambo International Airport and checked in 2hrs earlier. When we landed we had to fill forms and when we were done our luggage was already removed from the carousels and put in aside. I noticed my zip was opened and I did not immediately think something happened until I got to the accommodation. When I opened my luggage everything was upside down and mixed with all my jewellery gone. I emailed immediately as it was midnight already, my sisters and friends did too. There was no response, I went to the Airport and they told me they would respond to emails and they only responded to my sister and locked other people from emailing including me. My sister responded with what they asked and till to date there has been no response or update. The flight was on the 27th of March
I bought 2 items last year Nov, one was delivered damaged and the other was never delivered. I emailed them about the damaged item and they finally sent courier to collect. After numerous emails and attempts to reach them they refunded one item in Jan and I am still to date waiting for a refund of the second item. Each time I email I receive a call and tell them what happened and they always say they will get back to me till I email again asking for my refund
