Disappointed at Rage shoes and clothes
Had a very bad experience at Rage Daveyton Mall, with it being my first experience of the shop, it's certainly my last as well. I bought shoes on the 15th and fitted them for size inside the shop. I wore the shoes for the first time on the 16th, literally walked 10 steps from my car, felt they were uncomfortable, walked back to the car to take them off. I returned the shoes to the shop on the 17th and was told that because I'd worn them they would not refund nor exchange them. I spoke to the agent at their customer care, and she said "the shoes are yours, we will not take them back because they are worn" I wasn't even given the chance to explain that although the size was correct, they were not comfortable to walk in, as I did not walk around the shop when fitting. I'm stuck with shoes that I cannot wear, and the disappointment of not being given a chance to even exchange, I'd have settled for a bigger size... #ragedaveytonmall
