Poor service from Home Loans - REF #7007 888 746
I requested a duplicate tax certificate on 2 February. It is therefore now 3 weeks and I haven't received the requested information. This is very poor service for a simple request.<br> <br> A courtesy phone call or email advising me of progress would be second prize. First prize would, of course, be SENDING ME THE DOCUMENT I REQUESTED 3 WEEKS AGO.<br> <br> REF # 7007 888 746

My VW developed technical issues and had to be kept overnight - Gert and George went the extra mile by organising a loan vehicle, and kept me up to date on the repairs that were performed well.<br> <br>
