IDear DStv Customer Support, I am writing to formally escalate a payment allocation issue that has remained unresolved since 25 August 2025, despite multiple attempts to contact your finance department via email and phone. I made a payment using the MyDStv app, which reflected correctly on my banking side but has not been allocated to my account. I was issued reference number 128757904 and assured a response within 24 hours. It is now 29 August, and after multiple follow-ups—including two calls today—I have only been told the issue has been escalated again, with no resolution in sight. Meanwhile, my account has been suspended, causing unnecessary disruption and inconvenience. The lack of responsiveness from your finance team and the failure to resolve a straightforward payment allocation is unacceptable. I request the following: • Immediate allocation of the payment to my account. • Restoration of my service without delay. • A formal explanation for the delay and lack of communication. • Confirmation of resolution within the next 12 hours. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it further through consumer protection channels and social media platforms. I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
Do not ever buy from this company they sell second hand suitcases. Purchased it through Makro, 1st suitcase arrived it looked like it was pulled through the dirt then purchased a 2nd suitcase and the suitcases material inside was torn.
Nissan South Africa is most probably the most *********** company ever. I purchased my Car in Nov 2021 Nissan Qashqai, not the cheapest SUV on the road. Firstly they only give you a 12 Warranty on their Batteries shows their trust in their vehicle's batteries. The 1st battery on the vehicle was replaced in December 2022 I needed to pay 50 % of the cost. In March 2024 I started having issues with the battery installed by Nissan. I took my car back to Nissan as I cannot just go buy a battery as it is under warranty. They told me there is nothing wrong with my Battery. Well my car kept on not starting, took the vehicle back to Nissan on the 6th June 2024 and reported it to Nissan SA, well today I am just not getting answers on a Warranty Replacement PATHETIC do not trust Nissan.
