I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Cash is Cash Pimville for their exceptional service. Life happened, and I experienced delays in making my payment. Instead of making things difficult, they treated me with understanding and compassion. To my surprise, they even waived part of the interest, which helped me more than they know. A very special thank you to Sis Angela — her kindness, professionalism, and patience truly set her apart. She is honestly the best, and she made the entire process so much easier and stress-free. Incredible Connection put a hisense tv on special that is to go on till the 11th of December. Today they decide to pull the plug on the special as though it was never there. Question is, were they playing with peoples emotions to determine as to how many would be interested. I even called to enquire about the changes but the lady tells me that they are suddenly out of stock. And saying that people were complaining that they could not add it to their carts. I beg to differ and sadly this is totally unacceptable especially from a reputable company like this one. They just pulled the add as though it never existed. I still wish to know the truth behind this withdrawal.
Thank you particularly to Gail Dantu for the exceptional service, amicable settlement of disputes and problem solving skills. I believe that if the company had more Gail's then there would be less complaints. The 5 stars goes to her and not Fairheads as a business. If some of call centre consultants were competent, good communication skills, building rapport, effective and knowlegable in their work, I'm certain then the matter would not have been escalated to her. But I strongly believe that Fairheads needs her, considering that a competent leader is needed to do damage control. My experience with the company has not been the best. But I truly thank God for her. I hope she can be considered for a higher position or even as a board member for the betterment of the company. She has both the interests of the business and clients at heart and still does not compromise on business ethics. This is what I call WoMandla. Women power... As for the call centre represantatives, they must know that they are the face and voice of the company. Their treatment towards clients affects how we percieve the company. I dont refer to all of them but my experiences have been bad. I believe its time Fairheads avoids complaints by focusing on customer service. People's experiences, reviews on Hello peter and the Facebook page can scare anyone off. If as individuals, we had an option of choosing an admistrator, it would less likely be Fairheads. Having the files moved to them was the sole decision of the companies and we were never consulted. An assessment needs to be made of how many clients choose to stay with Fairheads willingly after children reach the age of majority. Some people leave without even knowing where they going to invest their funds, just as long as it means parting ways with the company. But thank you again for having people like Gail who effectively do damage control. Gail please be blessed abundantly.
I am totally unhappy with the service I am receiving from Absa Business Banking. I applied for a business account and still awaiting in awe. Sadly I have tried on several occasions to get the status of my application with no success. There has since been no communique from the consultant who was assisting with the opening of the account. I even had to resort to contacting the branch to try and get assistance. But sadly everyone is referring me back to that one consultant who has failed me. Its clear that the account cannot be opened in her absence. My major concern is if Absa is failing to honour potential clients, what treatment do existing clients get. This is totally unacceptable especially taking into consideration that there are other banking institutions who would appreciate a client.
