Thank you for the great service to Angee and the gentlemen who came to install my garage door on Friday, 1 November. Angee went all the way to ensure that she communicates all logistics, including finding me a Centurion motor. The gentlemen who came for installation were very friendly and did a great job , kudos to you guys 👍👍👍😊
I bought material from the Mohlakeng mall Cashbuild on Wednesday, 1 November and i got a call from Melita that a remittance letter from my bank was missing, sharp. The following she managed to get the letter from the bank, great job!. Then i waited for my material to be delivered. Saturday morning i got a call from an individual called Emmanuel, checking if the material can be delivered, and i gave the go-ahead. The first load was delivered, and i indicated to the delivery guys that i just received an emergency call and i will be back within an hour, so can they give me a bit of time to come deliver the second load, mind you i was back by 12:30. I waited for the second load hoping that it will be delivered before 4pm. At around 3:30, i called Emmanuel to check if my delivery is coming, the guy was so rude, and these were exact words “Never! You will get your material either Monday or Tueday!!!” I explained to him that i had an emergency to attend to, and i need the material so that the builder start working on Sunday. I only got the material on Monday 9:30, mind you, this doesn’t include my concrete mix as this is supposedly delivered by an external supplier. 1. How will my construction guys start working when there’s no concrete mix? I have already lost two days. I asked him when will the concrete mix be delivered, he told me he doesn’t have an idea, no efforts whatsoever to find out - the same Emmanuel. 2. Is this how this Emmanuel guy treat customers, the rudeness as if he does one a favour by selling them stuff from a shop he doesn’t even own. NB*I am not one of his employees that he treats like crab, I’m a client. 3. I will take the rest of my business somewhere else, where customer care is understood, I’m already making arrangements with the bank.
It was a smooth process (change of address) even my premiums dropped. Thanks to the efficient Miss Precious Kgope, she called me back as promised
