We bought couches at house and home kolonade , upon delivery we started noticing damages on them. Logged a complaint with the store and for obvious reasons there was no sense of urgency on my query I had to call /email them every day. Eventually on the 9th of Feb they were collected from my home to their “warehouse” . Today is March 04 and I am still waiting for my couches that I paid cash for or at least feed back that I don’t have to beg for. Their service is a mess from the ground up. I am definitely fed up and want my money back . Your Staff know nothing about client experience, Client retention ,Client satisfaction, sunset principles and end to end communication. Alexander Bouwer Has to learn to read emails first thing he gets to office so he can follow up on clients queries. We cannot teach you everything. You are in a wrong profession Sir.
Today being the 21/03/2025 I went to Mr Price home Montana Retail park to exchange my bed side tables, I was assisted by a consultant who was not at the till point .He took me to the till to be assisted,he then asked one of the Lady her name being Lucretia to authorise my exchange the Lady said she was busy and yes she was busy at the time ,she then told the guy should go get another supervisor to assist me . A few minutes later I was sitted waiting and looking at the other clients being helped. the guy was walking the whole store looking for the supervisor while Lucretia was done being “busy” she was sitting down inbetween helping other clients and “authorising”. I believe I spend a lot of money there to be treated the way I was.. when the other consultants couldn’t find the supervisor Lucretia insisted that she will go find the supervisor even if his on lunch while i wait . My self and her co workers were shocked by her behaviour. I got irritated and asked her why is she not helping me as she’s not busy she said someone else will authorise my exchange. What made me angry was after the whole run around some clients came with an issue with curtains and she was happy to help them . Finally the supervisor came, very friendly and considerate guy and helped me within seconds. I am there every weekend I’ve never received such treatment . I have never been denied service infact it is always offered to me .I am not a person who usually complaints but what happened today really disturbed me . Am not sure I will ever go to that store again.
