Incredibly painful cancellation process with sky TV
Incredibly painful cancellation process. The hard sell continues indefinitely even after I had made it very clear I just wanted to cancel. Took over an hour to cancel by chat and I managed to avoid further hard sells by the agent. Would have taken 2 hours if had been caught in that conversation. Agent chat takes 5 minutes to reply to each response. The stream of questions goes on and on with 5min delays in response from the agent. Unacceptable. Maybe they will refund me my hourly consulting rate for the time they wasted.

Harassment by Outsurance
Do not give these people your contact details. They share your information with other companies and you will be endlessly harassed as we have been. We have received dozens of calls from them off the back of one simple enquiry and not just from them. When I ask where other insurers picked up our number they all say they got it from Outsurance!! Disgusting abuse of my personal privacy rights.
