I bought a bunch of Adene's flowers on Sunday from a stall in SuperSpar for my mom's birthday. Two days later the flowers are half dead, falling off. I sent a WA as per the website and was only asked if I bought the flowers as a bunch, since then no other feedback, apology or even a replacement. These flowers are expensive and you would think it would last at least 2 weeks, not two days. I tried calling the farm and no answer.
It started rocky but we managed to get that sorted and now it's all going well.

My Virgin active account is in arrears and I have called them 6 times to arrange payment. The first two times I spoke to a consultant which said they will send me an email with the banking details to settle the outstanding amount. I have till this day not received one email. Today I tried calling again, this time to speak to a manager in the finance department, I called four times and every time I asked to be transfers, they drop the call. I have just about had it with trying to pay my arrears, with this kind of service, you better not try and take me on. I have records of all my calls and you have the recordings.
