I bought a brand new Crafton Everest couch in May 2022, in December 2024 the couch starter to peel and my daughter tried making contact with Tedds Home store to report the matter but unfortunately their customer care help line only rings ..... I managed to get ahold of them this month as the couches started getting worse , I sent the pictures and the manufacturer came back to say that sorry,client is out of the 2 year guarantee ... my question to Crafton everest.... are your couches that are R23 000 only ment to last 2 years? I mean the couches look like they 15 years old and yet they will only be 3 years old in May... My mother's old no name brand is 20 years old and is going strong and yet a brand that supposed to be known for quality, are now producing inferior quality goods.... really disappointed, I'm glad that all my visitors get to sit on your horrible couches they can see for themselves why not to buy Crafton everest!!!!
I put through a complaint with lancet on the 19 Feb ... regarding a billing query that I have had no luck with, a polite lady(Melanie) called me said she would investigate and we would get the matter resolved. Today is the 14th of April and still no feedback, I had to call them to do a follow and then I was advised that it wasn't just the incorrect patient on the bill,medical aid advised that I didn't have enough funds... no problem I can pay that bill,3 days later I get an sms saying I have been handed over to debt collector... the bill that I'm querying from almost 1 year ago still no feedback from lancet .. Lancet laboratories are the most unprofessional, haphazardly run laboratories by far ... simple process are like rocket science for them,they will add to you stress and put you back in hospital or maybe that's the plan... I have now reached a point of frustration with these guys and their unprofessionalism
Really disappointed with the poor quality of camp master Gazebos. We bought a Gazebo last Thursday, used it on Saturday, one wind blew and the leg bent, this means that something that sells for R1500 is only ment to be used once ? The managers at Game said the don't cover acts of God !!! That means the Gazebos is not strong enough to handle 1 wind... this ridiculous as the product is made for outdoor use, it wasn't a world wind ,it was a normal wind ,how does this bend a leg unless it is made with cheap material
I have been having ongoing billing queries with lancet and everytime I call the call center nobody can help. They sent me a bill 1 year later after being admitted in hospital, I have gap cover which covers those bills if claimed within 6 months and the 1st bill I received was 1 year later and it's not a small amount. I have called the call center they 1st **** and said that they have been emailing, calling and messaging me,when I said send me proof nobody could, then I said no problem i can pull a detailed record of all my emails ,sms and calls, then 1 lady was honest enough to say she could see on the system nobody had made contact with me. I have been promised a call from several different managers from last year and nobody has called me yet. Honestly the worst laboratory by far and will definitely not use them again. Please guys be careful with lancet the submit claims on the wrong patients name and medical aid end up declining the claim not because it's not cover but because lancet is ***********.
I did and upgrade over the phone in JUNE,clearly told the sales lady that I wanted I top up as I have been with vodacom for more than 10 years on a top up contract. She confirmed it was a top up and so did her manager, now I'm being billed, I can't afford to stop using my phone as I use it for business, now the bill is running up, I called cancellation department 3 times and no luck ,I keep being pushed to different people, I asked for a team leader to call me back,it's 1 week now No call ! I asked for the call recording ,I still haven't received it, I spoke to Jewell from the cancelations department on my last attempt to resolve this matter and he gave me a number to call Elite mobile and said he was also sending them an email(The number he gave me doesn'tgo through).... that was on the 25th ...still no luck ... Vodacom has seriously dropped service level and it is disgusting...they ready to push the queries onto someone else instead of solving it.... Now I would rather port my number to another network
