Great professional service from Lerato from Internet Express couries, who took my call and called me back when I ran out of airtime. I was assisted in less than 2 minutes which is super amazing! 👌🏾 keep up the good work

LIED TO BY AGENT, MY MONEY WITHHELD, FAILURE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS
Really terrible experience with the agent I dealt with towards the end. I would recommend anyone dealing with Harcourts to record their telephone conversations with their agents because I was told one thing on the phone then when I was requesting my full deposit they didn't want to pay me back my money. The agent also denied me documentation that I am legally entitled to (repairs and cleaning invoices as well as statements from the interest bearing account that they are required by law to invest deposits in). I will be taking this matter up with the Rental Housing Tribunal, I suggest you all Google it and refer your complaints about Harcourts there, no point in just complaining & not taking action. I'm so disappointed 😞
