Don't supply products and waiting for refund for months, not good experience. Ignore my email.
I opened a Vodacom account(I) in October 2021, in Des 2021 I requested that the account must be transferred to my employer sponsored account(KI). Then in June 2022 a dept collector contact me for my "I" account that is overdue with more than R5000. They deducted from my bank for "I" 14 Oct R361, 2 Des R411, Then for KI They started 3 Des R418, and continued on the 3rd till now. I contacted vodacom in June, after being transferred about 8 times and cut off 3 times the person said they can see the transfer and they will correct the error on their side. Now a new dept collector company is contacting me for same thing. After several call to the legal dept 0821905, they said I must send a mail and they will replay with in 3 days, this I did 10 Aug, and 25 Aug. No reply and they also don't give ref number as I request, they said they will sms but never received any. So now I get bad credit rating due to vodacom bad admin... and they don't care.
