After sales customer service pathetic
We have ordered product with webafrica and there Willie bot customer platform is the worst. You cannot speak to anyone and the WhatsApp chat is just totally useless

Landrover Discovery conversion - Complete failure
We were quoted for a conversion - Landrover discovery conversion to a Lexus V8 engine. What a complete nightmare. Our car was destroyed by this knock shop. They guaranteed that the only feature that would not work is the cruise control. The car is not useable - it dies for no apparent reason. It drains the battery because the electronics' has been completely messed up. We paid them R90 000.00 for this conversion and I would not even give them one star if it was possible. Back yard mechanics that should be avoided at all costs!!!!!!!!

WEBAFRICA IS A NO GO - AVOID AT ALL COST
I cancelled my service with Webafrica in September - on the 5th. They said because I did not cancel on the first I have to pay for October. I took the knock on the chin because admittedly it was late by 4 days. Now they are telling me I canceled the router and not the line - the router is the e****ent they give with the line - the line is the service they provide. I have never heard such nonsense in my life. They now say my line is still active and they deducted money from my account in November and will do so again in December as they are only now cancelling my line now - absolute worst customer service I have experienced - Telkom is a way better experience for me - NEVER EVER WILL I USE WEBAFRICA AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! I am also reporting them to ICASA
