Absolutely poor service, i haven't received my order. My driver was at my complex at 09:00 today (Xolani or Xabiso is his name). he then refused to enter the complex and decided to do his other deliveries. whenever i call him he was rude and irritated till he started declining my calls. Then i escalated via calls to the PTA depot, they didn't help aswell, instead they ignored my calls after i called them many times. As is it stands, i have no idea what to do. my delivery is worth over 3.5k.
My delivery never arrived. This keeps on happening every time I order on their website. super unreliable. I just want my money back. I will never use Debonairs pizza again
Absolute bad experience received from the team. I lost my phone on saturday having drinks with friends. No one knows anything about it. The manager "Sbusiso" was so unprofessional about handling the issue so the 2nd manager intervened(forgot his name), He is so good in customer service. We waited for the general manager who has access to the cameras. By the time he arrived to show me the footage, he has a predetermined mentality already and was rushing the conversation instead of thoroughly investigating the issue. I had hoped that we will go through the footage together so that i could be satisfied however that was not the case. i wouldn't wish experience on anyone at all. Losing your phone is extremely not good but the incident not being investigated properly is worse.
Absolutely poor service. We booked a table on the 30th of jan for the 14th of Jan and today we got here to a complete list of people who are outside waiting to enter( who by way have booked well in advance ). The store allowed walk ins over people that booked, which begs the question- whats the point of booking? Bad and poor service.
In the middle of July I referred my friend, Kamva Puzi to stay at San ridge heights, her application was approved on the 29th of July and the unit was confirmed to be ready by the 1st of September 2022.It was then confirmed that refer and earn will be loaded on to my account for the month of August 2022, when my debit order went off for august – the full amount was deducted instead of the half rent as agreed. I followed up on the matter and received word that it will be loaded once she has moved in. Came September and she moved in, debit order for the month of September went off and the full amount was deducted instead of the half as agreed. Once again I followed up on the issue, they confirmed that she needs to be debited first before I can be eligible for refer and earn. Yet again I remained patient with San Ridge Height on their commitment, we agreed that the month of October I will be eligible for the Refer & earn and once again I was debited the full amount whereas I signed a new debi-check (mandate) which gave me the impression that we are good to go. This situation is quite daunting and frustrating as I have been patient for 3 months with no results favorable to me. After multiple discussions with the team onsite, the finance team confirmed it wont be loaded for December even – conversation held on Friday morning 21st of October 2022 Today a mail was sent to me that it will be loaded for the December rent. Unfortunately, I can no longer take the word from San ridge heights people as they have dismally failed in honoring their word.
Experienced such a great service from Anastatia. The moving in process was seamless. Complex name: San Ridge heights apartments. I even referred a friend who moved in 🙌🏿
