Literally, the second I created an account, I was notified that my account was suspended for violation of terms. In my correspondence with them (there is no phone support for free accounts), they requested a government ID to be submitted via a Google form so they could investigate. In my experience, they give NO timeline and NO specific reason my account was suspended. I feel I might as well be talking to their chatbot. It has been over 3 days since I submitted proof that I am who I am, while in the meantime, the completion of my website has been delayed; hence there is no QR code to give to new contacts at the live shows I am doing these coming months. I would gladly use another email marketing provider like Gappsy (who actually responded immediately to my inquiries and is 1/4th of the cost with much less limitations), but if I do, then the auto-sync of my contacts into outgoing emails will be disabled due to ASF's integration with Mailchimp. In my experience, Mailchimp is NOT customer-centered.
I was expecting a bad flight because of past experiences from before they went brankrupt for the second time, but was surprised, the flight was good, the seats were comfortable, the food leaving JHB was great, the crew were friendly, the flight was very smooth, Flew on the A330, would love to fly on the A350! The overall experience was much better than another big name middle eastern airlines. The Platinum check inn at ORT was amazing and quick, with very friendly staff.
This review is less for the Wifi because it is Telkom and Openweb is just selling unique plans that work on their network for cheaper... the review is for Leon who helped me over a period of 2 days to get online again after much trouble finding the issue. In the end, it turns out that my smart fridge was inhibiting the siganl from my tower. You can imagine how specific that type of problem is to find out, so I am very greatful for the staff's patience in helping me to solve this because it had been a problem in the past with even MTN, but I could never findout what in the world was causing my signal to drop. Thank you!
Best bike for the prices, that's for sure. Nice sporty ride. Gear shifting is very soft, and this bike is good for tall riders. It will be difficult for long rides, I can tell, and service costs are reasonable. This bike is best for my daily uses and long trips but maybe not for track riding.
Awesome and beautiful shop. All staff were friendly and George, Taariq did an excellent job in helping me with everything. I would recommend anyone to buy a bike from them. Can't find a better dealer that takes really utmost care of its customers
