Absolute worst Service. They do not help at all. Every time they leave the chat as soon as they get the opportunity then I have to explain my problem to a new person in the chat who then does the same. Pathetic assistance.

Literally, the second I created an account, I was notified that my account was suspended for violation of terms. In my correspondence with them (there is no phone support for free accounts), they requested a government ID to be submitted via a Google form so they could investigate. In my experience, they give NO timeline and NO specific reason my account was suspended. I feel I might as well be talking to their chatbot. It has been over 3 days since I submitted proof that I am who I am, while in the meantime, the completion of my website has been delayed; hence there is no QR code to give to new contacts at the live shows I am doing these coming months. I would gladly use another email marketing provider like Gappsy (who actually responded immediately to my inquiries and is 1/4th of the cost with much less limitations), but if I do, then the auto-sync of my contacts into outgoing emails will be disabled due to ASF's integration with Mailchimp. In my experience, Mailchimp is NOT customer-centered.

Fraudulent practice - Minutes after upgrading they claimed that my business, a 42 year old business operating internationally in 95 countries and listed on the NYSE was against their acceptable use policy. So ok no problem thats your stupid policy BUT THEN THEY REFUSE TO REFUND the full amount , if you do the maths that a GREAT business Fraud keep half the money and don't provide the SERVICE. Suggest you go with a more reputable company like Aweber for example to entrust your data base.

I started using MailChimp to do campaigns to promote my small business, for the first month or two it was fine but now they don't seem to recognise a Gmail account which means majority of my subscribers don't even get my articles. I put a lot of time and effort into creating campaigns and articles, trying to get new subscribers when majority of my audience doesn't even receive them. Waste of time and effort, they have no regard for the smaller businesses and will probably only assist if you pay for the service. They never get back to you when you report it either. Rather don't offer the free service then.

I had spent over 3 days working on a newsletter for a client of mine, sending test emails out amongst myself, a work colleague and the client.<br> <br> After all my hard work the account was labelled as being abusive, Mailchimp simply just turned their back on me without further investigation. My client, website and work is legitimate and i am willing to back it up with whatever it takes.<br> <br> I will never EVER use mailchimp again after their POOR service and i will never EVER refer anybody to Mailchimp. Incredibly disappointed in them.<br> <br> I am so glad that i did not have the chance to spend my clients money on mailchimp but i am pissed because all my hard work was for nothing.
